Ashley O'Blenis
A former Level 10 Gymnast, Ashley has been coaching developmental levels 1-4, as well as level 6-10 (High level) and has coached gymnastics for 20 years. Ashley was a competitive gymnast from the age of 6 throughout her college career at Rhode Island College where she specialized in Childhood development. While at Rhode Island College, Ashley was a supervisor at the Rhode Island Colleges Fitness Center. She was RI High School All Around Champion, as well as a Level 10 National competitor representing Region 6 (New England) and had numerous State, Regional and USAG National and Junior Olympic titles. While at RIC Ashley was the ECAC gymnast of the week twice. She has worked side by side with former US Olympians at International Gymnastics Camp. Ashley has also worked as a Pre-School Teacher / Caregiver for children six months to five years olds. Her Choreography skills are known throughout the Massachusetts and RI gymnastic community and many gymnastic facilities hire her to choreograph their entire team’s floor exercise routines. She has coached every level gymnast and is widely known throughout the region.

Cassie O'Blenis
Cassie O’Blenis has been coaching developmental levels 1-4, as well as level 6-10 (High level) and has coached for the past 14 years. Cassie was also a former gymnast from the age of 4 through college. Cassie placed locally and regionally at High School & Level 9 competitions and Junior Olympics and went on to compete for Rhode Island College Gymnastics for 4 years. She has worked side by side with former US Olympians at International Gymnastics Camp. Cassie has experience as a High School judging official for the RI Interscholastic league. Cassie also works as a Customer Service Manager for a leading retail chain and has 9 years of customer service, training and management skills as well as coaching experience She has coached every level gymnast and is widely known throughout the region.
